Conditions
- Booking :
After checking our availabilities, a 25% of the total amount will be required in order to confirm the booking
- Payment :
Stay shorter than 4 weeks : The balance may be paid at least during check-in. Stay longer than 4 weeks : must be paid for on a monthly basis and in advance
- Damage deposit :
A €1000 damage deposit is also required (cash, credit card details **or** check) : If no damage has been done to the flat at the end of the stay, The Provider promises to refund the damage deposit to The Renter within 7 days, based on the date and time for returning the keys as agreed upon by The Provider and The Renter.
In the event of damage, The Provider promises to refund The Renter the balance of the damage deposit that may remain after the sum required for repair and/**or** refurbishment has been drawn, within 30 days after The Renter has returned the keys.
Politique d'annulation
All cancellations must be made to Appart`Ambiance in writing. The effective date of a written cancellation will be the date of its receipt at the establishment.
Cancellation received less than one week before the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the security deposit.
In the event of a cancellation received between one month and one week prior to the arrival date the guest will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 50% to the security deposit.
In the event of a cancellation received less than one month prior to the arrival date the guest will be subject to a cancellation charge of € 50.
Failure to arrive – with a reservation without making a cancellation shall be deemed to constitute a `no show` and shall be to a cancellation charge equal to the deposit.
