Deposit of the guest upon check in :
- One month security deposit and one month advanced rental fee for 1-3 months contract.
- Two months security deposit and one month advanced rental fee for 4 months contract or more.
- Payment upon check in date = one month advanced rental fee + Security refundable deposit.

Check in & Check out time :
- Check in time after 14:00 hrs, however we reserve the right upon the room availability.
- Check out time before 12:00 hrs. (noon)

Cancellation Policy

Short Stay (Daily & Weekly)
- The full payment is non refundable upon our written confirmation of your reservation.

Long Stay (Monthly)
1) There will be no penalty in case your notification of cancellation is received by us at prior 14 working day consecutively (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Thai`s public holidays) prior to check in date.
2) If the notification of cancellation is received by us via fax less than 14 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Thai`s public holidays) prior to check in date, a penalty equals to booking fee will apply.
3) No refund in case of guest`s no show.
4) For acceptance of cancellation, Center point will send the notification of acceptance in return.
