Check-in Time
* Confirmed rooms will usually be available fro occupying after 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Check-out Time
* Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Room used from 12.01 hours to 6:00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the contract rate. Rooms occupied beyond 6:00 p.m. will be charged at the full contract rate.
Children Policy
* Children between the age of 2 and 12 years of age at the time of arrival will NOT be charged for sharing existing bed and receive a 50% Discount off the meal rates.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation / No-show
* Client must notify the hotel of any cancellation and reduce period of stay as early as possible, but in any case not later than the notice period specified:
- 25 Nov 09 - 23 Dec 09: 1 day prior to arrival day
- 27 Dec 09 - 3 Jan 09: 2 days prior to arrival day
- 4 Jan 10 - 31 Oct 10: 1 day prior to arrival day
* Client who fail to notify cancellation / amend will be charged at 1 night on room rate.
